Business Analyst
Miejsce pracy: 00-613 Warszawa
Tasks:
- Providing support and guidance to teams to provide solutions addressing operational issues and process optimization and automation needs
- Working on strategic initiatives rolled out in Custody area
- The candidate will have a good understanding of Global Equity and Fixed Income markets, across Voluntary and Mandatory Events
- Providing subject matter expertise, cross -training
- Preparing management reports, supporting departmental initiatives
- Interfacing with the different teams and the various Asset Servicing locations to ensure optimal solutions
- The candidate would be also involved in tasked stemming from Audits, Transformation, operational risk & control requirements and represent Asset Servicing in various product and project forums
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably on similar position
- Fluent English and strong communication skills, ability to listen to business and present concepts
- Working knowledge of VBA in MS Excel, Macros, MS Access, MS SharePoint, and SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Strong investigation and reconciliations ability
- Quality of work at very high level – coupled with ability to prioritize workloads to meet challenging deadlines
- Ability to manage numerous competing concurrent activities and integrate solutions
