We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Business Analyst – Risk Control and Management
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Support the Operational Management team in a wide variety of tasks across a number of disciplines, including but not limited to: Third Party Risk Management, Cyber and Information Security Risk, Affiliates Risk Management. AML, Sanctions, Screening
Support the implementation of Risk Management Policy and Framework within and provide analytical support. Ensuring appropriate and effective governance and controls are in place
Review and monitor Risk related issues across
Conduct and review analysis, MI and reports
Actively track and manage the ongoing utilization of risk capturing tools and utilities e.g., Helios
Support the embedding and oversight of Risk procedures and assuring adherence to policies and processes across the Risk Owners
Support the periodic conformance reviews to ensure: Assessment processes are being performed to a satisfactory and consistent quality and key issues/incidents are being reported and remediated in a timely and satisfactory manner
Support the embedding and optimisation of the capabilities of Risk management by extensively reviewing, streamlining and improving existing processes
Proactively work with the global and the regional /entity management/ HOST to ensure Alignment of appreciation, understanding and governance of risk related activities
Support the Head of Operational Management in effectively leading and managing the team and enable delivery of sustained, optimal governance benefits
The role holder will report directly to the United Kingdom located stakeholders: Global Operations Teams (Group Third Party Risk Management, Function RMM etc.) and will interact and be guided daily by other Senior Management and Operational Risk Senior Stakeholders
Requirements:
The nature of the role requires highly effective analytical and coordination skills
Ability to multi task across a number of disparate subjects
Experience across any two of the following domains: Third Party Risk Management, Cyber and Information Security Risk, Affiliates Risk Management, AML, Sanctions, Screening
Ability to analyse data and provide clear and concise analysis of the results
Strong communication and presentation skills required; with excellent planning, organizing, influencing and commercial skills
Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and in a matrix environment; adapts well to multi culturally diverse work environments
Fluent English
