Business Analyst (operation accounting)Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Description:
- identify and manage the accounting impacts of new entities, new products and new businesses transferred to HSBC France on local accounting,
- define controls to be set up in accounting and update accounting operational processes,
- establish planning of the changes related to the aforementioned impacts,
- ensure deliveries required by the project plan,
- collect and understand from businesses and other functions’ Subject Matter Experts the necessary requirements in order to deliver the milestones required by the project plan,
- work with change managers and business analysts to make implement data & system solutions,
- ensure interface with IT Finance department to properly manage delivery of system upgrades required by the project,
- perform UAT on newly implemented systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
- accounting background,
- experience in using an accounting ledger / implementing new accounting processes,
- knowledge of closing requirements,
- proficient in Access ability to quickly and effectively prioritize tasks,
- ability to deal with change,
- very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
Nice to have:
- kowledge of French GAAP and IFRS basis,
- good knowledge of French.
