At the moment we are looking for:

- Eliciting, understanding, interpreting and representing business requirements for functionality required in ServiceNow
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Working with product management and technical design architects to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Partnering with customers on innovative ways to successfully transition from existing solution to strategic based on functional need (not lift and drop technology)
- Active involvement with Quality Assurance teams in defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution
- Communicating planned and unplanned activities to appropriate parties as needed
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Technical Business Analyst with experience in enterprise level ITSM systems
- Solid analysis and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of SDLC
- Fluent English language skills required
- Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
