Business Analyst (Data Privacy)

The principal responsibility of the Business Analysis job category is to manage the analysis of processes and to oversee and manage all or some of the associated activities during change implementation. The role will be within the Data Privacy Framework portfolio, which aims to bring the current Data Privacy residual risk in line with desired position. The portfolio has a multi-year life-span and has a global scope across various markets. The portfolio comprises of three main programmes, which have both business facing and more technically orientated roles. These programmes have the aims of enhancing privacy controls, assisting in data disposition, and legacy remediation across various business functions. It is possible that the Business Analyst works on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes)
Designing of solutions or change interventions
Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
Assessment of Business and operational risk
Devising change interventions such as training and communication
Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
Implementing solutions across various business functions
Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand.
Conducting process analysis and assiting with development of organisational Target Operating Model


Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or local equivalent)
Ideally 4 or more years' experience in capability
Ability to organize and structure - projects, processes, and communications.
Ability to establish and leverage cross functional relationships to help drive project governance, execution and closure.
Superior analytical skills including the ability to synthesize results and connect key points across topics and obtain requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Self-starter/Independent thinker – ability to work independently, progress work, and bring it to the collaborative table.
Extremely robust stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation.
