Our client, international company offering glasses / fashion accessories is looking for Brand Manager: A marketing and PR professional to join the marketing unit in Warsaw who has experience in building engaging and efficient marketing campaigns that drive consumer love for the brand.
Your new role
The person hired on this position will play a key role in aligning effective marketing strategies and campaign activations that deliver our brand message. You will collaborate closely with Senior Marketing Manager, central marketing functions and the Sales team to design, develop and execute the regional brand strategy.
• Overall responsibility for the brand in Czech • Direct report to Senior Marketing Manager • Close collaboration with the central marketing functions, local marketing and PR agencies • Analyze consumer and market research, develop initiatives to drive marketing KPIs (customer satisfaction, brand awareness, top of mind, conversion & attribution funnels, retention) • Budget responsibility for marketing & PR agencies and service providers • Responsibility for campaign shootings to be used across Eastern Europe • Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns in Marketing and PR, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points (esp. website, social media channels etc.), participating in events and store openings, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support • Regular stakeholder alignment in the form of reports, meetings etc.
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or similar • at least 5 years of relevant experience (FMCG, fashion, accessories) • proven responsibility for consumer facing or retail brands • Full language proficiency in Czech and English, Polish language skills are appreciated • Excellent knowledge on MS Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills • Strong affinity to metrics & data in general • High motivation and team skills • Creative, independent, structured and thorough way of work • Strong presentation skills, also at management level • Willingness to travel
