Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

Our client is a young and growing brand in the FMCG industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

For this client we are looking for a Brand Manager with experience or know-how of the UK market. With different brands in different country's specific market knowledge is always important.

This is a broad marketing role in a fast growing company! You will develop marketing plans based on marketing opportunities and growth goals. If marketing is your passion and you know the UK market this is your change to really develop yourself.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute ideas to increase brand equity and brand awareness to achieve sustainable growth targets
• Maintain promotional plans for the brands, coordinating with the Operations department where applicable (e. g. promotional packaging etc.)
• Plan POS materials and coordinate logistics and order quantity
• Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure e.g. for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies
• Benchmark and understand market best practices
• Initiate and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyze and interpret market - and consumer information and based on the findings, make recommendations in the areas of communication and promotion
• Coordinate and cooperate with the Procurement department and design- and communication agencies regarding advertising, promotion, media and research
• Support Sales teams with supporting market-, brand- and product information
• Manage budgets within guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the UK market = a must
• Brand building experience and results to show for it
• Retail or Convenience experience = a big plus!
• Experienced in working with major international brands
• Entrepreneurial thinker, creative marketer
• Customer/consumer focused and result driven
• Action oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication
• Highly self-motivated
