For our Client - the number one US-based vapor product - we're looking for:
Brand ExpertMiejsce pracy: Warszawa, Trójmiasto, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will oversee, develop, and manage an effective call cycle in your specific geographic territory around both large and small-sampling occasions,
- You will support the Vape Channel with in-store presence where you will engage consumers to drive them to trial and purchase
- In collaboration with the Regional Manager and Head of Brand Experts, you will source, nominate and liaise with local venues to enable small scale activations/events in accordance with Company’s strategic plans
- Provide day-to-day reporting and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed ie: hours logged, logistics, KPI tracking, consumer insights, etc
- Working with the Regional Manager and Sales teams, deliver activities (Festivals, Shops, events, sampling etc.), always with a strict self-regulative approach and adhering to all necessary approvals for sampling activity (where required)
- Self-evaluate effectiveness of activities and, working with a Regional Manager provide summary reports determining impact in order to adjust our approach if required.
- Represent Company with the utmost of professionalism, presentation and enthusiasm, ensuring we are following all regulatory and age gating guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. Secondary education,
- Experience in roles requiring client/consumer relationship building gained in FMCG, tech, pharma, cosmetics industry,
- Knowledge of e-cigarettes category will be additional asset,
- Ability to interact with consumers,
- Presentations and negotiation skills - Confident with ability to present to all levels,
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships venues and store management,
- Fluent English,
- Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment,
- Ability to build and develop collaborative relationships,
- Ability to problem solve,
- Driving license is required for this role.
