We will accept and invite for the interview candidates that fulfill the required specification as below:

• Successfully finalized Engineering study (BA & MA)
• Professional / practical experiences in the area of requirements
• Fluent English – second language as additional asset (especially German)
• Ability to work independently as well as in changing team structures
• Expert knowledge of Engineering software’s, methods, tools and their application: CAD systems (Catia, NX, ...), MTM, Welding and Joining Technologies, Materials (Steel, Aluminum, etc.) used in car body constructions, MS Office, PDM, ...

REQUIREMENTS:

• Execution of planning projects in the automotive industry (OEM, Suppliers)
• Planning and optimization of processes, assembly orders to define an efficient body structure build-up – manual, half-automated as well as fully automated production lines
• Elaboration, evaluation, optimization of plants, machines, equipment, processes
• Active influence of the product design within the framework of the SE teamwork
• Concept planning, process planning, drafting of specifications and tender documents, supporting of the awarding process, supplier supervision during manufacturing phase
• Detail planning of production processes, including layout, line/station balancing, works station planning, time analyzes, virtual process verification, collision checks, feasibility studies, workplace design, production logistics (material supply), etc.
• Definition of manufacturing technologies and execution of simulations (CAD based, Simulation software for welding and joining)
• Evaluation of assembly orders, part and process data, joining technologies, locating and clamping plans – reflecting in system definitions following Quality, Time, Cost requirements
• Working out of time analysis, process sheets, station work contents, implementation of process FMEA’s, control systems
• Cost planning, cost tracking, cost / budget responsibility
• Supervision of plant installation and commissioning including buy-off processes
• Optional: RobCAD, Delmia, Process Simulate, Process Designer, Microstation, FactoryCad – experience level
