On behalf of our Client, one of the leading companies in its industry globally, we are currently looking for a person to hold Billing Team Leader position, based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
The Billing Team Leader will take over management of 10-12 persons team, responsible for lead Billing & UK Credit Control teams performance on daily operational and tactical basis. In terms of managerial duties, Billing Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team, recruiting, training, mentoring, holding escalations, etc. Operationally among others, Billing Team Leader will ensure the delivery of service according to company's standards and procedures and will also be leading or supporting implementations of new solutions and improvements as well as development of service during transitions.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with 5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferable in shared service or BPO environment with broad international exposure and minimum 2 years Team Leading experience. Due to the international area of service, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers. The ideal candidate should present expert knowledge on of finance processes and respective control framework, highly developed communication skills, result-oriented attitude as well as ability to work in a fast changing, corporate environment.
