Billing Officer
For our Client we are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, experienced, Billing Officer to join EMEA Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of this highly visible international Finance team, in a growing and diversifying business.

Description
- Reviewing and validating details of client proposals and confirmed engagements in the SAP system
- Responsible for the high-volume client billing process for specific billing offices
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the billings process and transactions and improving these processes where possible
- Supporting Accountants
- Preparing and reviewing documentation for internal & external audit purposes
- Involvement in the month end close process, including closing engagements, managing contingent billings and the month end cut-off
- Other ad hoc tasks, as needed
Profile
- Approx. 1-2 two years relevant work experience
- Fluent in English
- Working knowledge of SAP or other large enterprise wide accounting systems will be an asset
- Professional and confident manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly efficient in processing high volume data
- Committed, bright, numerate, and enthusiastic
- Team player
