Overview:

The role is in a part of a Bid Management Team, a highly respected team of Bid Managers that support RFPs, Tenders and Proactive Proposals on a worldwide basis. The right individual will be exposed to the largest, most complex transactions with the biggest accounts, and a team that is on the leading edge of developing new business models, solutions and ways of working in the Bid Management space.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to provide a cross-functional coordination role to provide quality responses to high value complex sales opportunities throughout EMEAR. We are looking for a well-rounded enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter with incredible focus on managing & coordinating bids, as well as the ability to develop proposals independently - a challenging but rewarding role.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years in the industry with relevant pre-sales experience in a bid management, business development or consultancy role;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, as well as writing skills - advanced skills in Microsoft Office;
  • Fundamental knowledge of bid management processes, systems and philosophy associated with high-performance, high technology companies;
  • University or College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, English or Journalism is preferable;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2-C1). Also fluent in one or more of the following European languages: French / German / Italian;


Desired Skills

  • Substantial Bid Management and process knowledge from previous roles in large IT organizations, with a demonstrable background in creating complex service and product RFP responses;
  • Strong industry experience with a track record in understanding complex customer requirements and developing responses designed to meet strict customer procurement processes;
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with account teams, as well as Finance and Legal teams to collaborate virtually and address complex commercial and legal challenges associated with both direct and in-direct (i.e. via Partner) bids;
  • Manage projects virtually from start to finish including allocating roles and responsibilities, responding to non-technical questions, consolidating, formatting and editing responses and resolving project issues;
  • Perform simultaneous task and project coordination for multiple projects;
