For our Client we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:
BI Developer
Location: Warsaw
Job type: contract B2B
Length: contract until the end of the year + extension
Rate: up to 130 PLN/h net + VAT
Methodology: Scrum
Team: Local BI team in Warsaw + US business
Experience: min. 2 years
English: min. B2
Recruitment Process: 1 MS Teams meeting
Working hours: flexible, no shift work
We are looking for a person:
- With 2 years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming
- With good knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases and code optimization issues for performance
- With experience in building ETL processes and designing data warehouses.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
- With knowledge of analytical functions in Oracle
- With experience in integration of various data sources
- Knowledge of reporting tools
- Ability to communicate freely in English
- Easy to work with in a team
Nice to have:
- Experience in monitoring Oracle database performance (executing queries, jobs, etc...)
- Knowledge of Oracle (internal) dictionary tables
- Knowledge of Oracle embedded packages
- Experience working with Tableau
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Knowledge of capital and commodity markets
Project outline and responsibilities:
BI developer will join a SCRUM team working on the development of a BI database that is the basis for performing analysis and building interactive reports to support various business processes.
Responsibilities:
- designing database models, implementing ETL/ELT tools and queries in SQL language,
- analysis and optimization of existing solutions,
- taking care of the quality of delivered products and error identification and resolution.
- working with customers to establish and clarify requirements,
- cooperation with teams of programmers and mathematicians,
- integration of data sources of various origins and building interactive reports.
