For our client an international provider of HR services based in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the Benefits Survey Specialist position with fluency in French and advanced English language skills.

Successful Candidatewill be responsible foranalysis of benefits and supporting the implementation of our Client’s Global Benefits Solution. Working on this position involves also dealing with benefit audits, multi-country benchmarking, global benefits management and coordination, financial projections of benefits valuations, compensation reviews and financial management. What is more, you will be also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with French-speaking Clients.

The ideal candidateshould have an excellent command of French and advanced English language skills.Strong MS Office, organization and problem solving skillsare required. You should be also an open person with excellent communication skills, and willingness to work in a team. If you have already worked in Call Centre or HR Consulting, it would be considered as an advantage.
