For our Client, a global supplier of water treatment and process chemicals, we are looking for the Benefits Senior Specialist to join their Shared Service Center located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new benefit program, leading the initial development of benefits communication, collaborating with internal HRIS, Payroll, vendors and other stakeholders, supporting the development of the annual budget. Moreover, you will be in charge of strategic development, benefits administration and monitoring of benefit plans.
We are seeking candidates with min. 3 years of experience on a similar position gained in an internal HR team. Previous experience in managing EMEA benefit programs is required. Strong organizational and project management skills are needed as well as fluent English. Working knowledge of Workday will be a plus. In addition, the ideal candidate should be responsible, well- organized and open-minded person.
