On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Centre in Kraków, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Banking Operations Specialist with Hebrew or Greek.
Holding the position of Banking Operations Specialist, you will be expected to act as the first point of contact for Business Clientsvia different communication channels. Your role will be to collect and report information about Customers’ needs in terms of customized online tools, payments, and KYC procedures. Your duties will include handling the customer orders in a defined system and in time respecting SLA. Furthermore you will be also accountable for advancing a single order in the end-to-end process, answer customer queries, receive and start the feedback and claims process. You will be also a first point of contact for Clients that are not sure how to use their application, how to deal with international money transfers and payments while using their customized online platform.
To be successful in this role you need to have education at university level and excellent command of Hebrew or Greek and English. You should be customer-oriented and be able to escalate problems promptly. Previous experience in Customer Service environment or in finance/ accountancy would be an asset, but due to the fact that we are looking for entire team, we are open for Candidates with differential level of experience- we have open vacancies for both senior and junior Candidates.
