For our Client - a one of the prestigious and the most recognizable banking and financial services organizations in the world, we are looking for candidates for the position of Banking Customer Specialist.
Banking Customer SpecialistMiejsce pracy: Kraków
You will be part of international team supporting one of the international clients from the banking sector.
A person in this position will be responsible for:
- ensuring a proper setting up of international banking accounts
- managing end to end onboarding and account opening process
- making verification of onboarding documentation
- defining formal requirements for international customers and business partners
- monitoring all assigned referrals from multiple sources in selected market
- ensuring all actions are completed as quickly as possible
- ensuring 100% accuracy on all documentation and processing of customer instructions
- providing professional and high quality analysis of existing customers
- dealing effectively and professionally with the queries related to account opening documentation
- ensuring appropriate and confidential handling / sharing of sensitive information
- building communication between support functions, compliance, business partners and technical teams
Requirements:
- advanced English and proficient Czech or French
- excellent customer service skills
- about one year of work experience in a multinational environment
- willingness to develop in the banking structure
- interest in knowledge in the area of Customer Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, Account Opening processes
- ability to handle priority pressure
