Do you want to develop as a Back OfficeSupervisor in banking industry? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, innovativeBank, we are currently searching for experienced Back Office Supervisorwho is willing towork in Łódź, Poland.
Asa Back Office Supervisoryou will beresponsible for support in initial set-up of new Back Office,team leading, daily operational agenda distribution, maintenance, correctness, completeness and timely processing of the assigned agenda, as well as training and support of new employees. You will cooperate with other bank units on project and products management, submit proposals and implement rationalization follow-ups.Typical tasks would include: recruit talented staff, training and support of new employees, drafting and submission of reports and statistics, observance of regulations of Polish and international companies regarding bank and business secret, support in adapting and implementing internal policies, monitoring and maintaining procedure and policy manuals.
We are looking for Back Office Supervisorabove 2 yearsexperience of practice in banking sector and team leading in operations department with knowledge on organization, function and methods of banking/ financial industry operations as well asknowledge of processing of operational agenda . Fluency in English and Polish is a must. Knowledge of: Slovak, CzechorHungarian will be an asset.
