Back Office Specialist with French/GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Processing product returns, resolving price discrepancies and issuing credit notes
  • Order entry and processing in SAP system
  • Communication with Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving
  • Monitoring daily incoming sales orders, analyzing and resolving order issues
  • Supporting implementation of improvements for process efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Very good English (B2) and French or German B2/C1,
  • Professional experience in corporate environment (internships, regular employment, etc.),
  • SAP or similar ERP software are beneficial,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under time pressure with multitasking duties,
  • Scrupulous with analytical skills, able to learn fast.
