We are the leading Virtual Data Room provider in Central and Eastern Europe, with 12+ years of experience and 800+ deals supported. Our system allows small and large enterprises to share confidential documentation with third parties, especially during Mergers&Acquisitions.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, open minded Sales Specialist, with 1+ experience in New Business, who will be responsible for generating leads and growing our corporate client base in Europe.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contacting prospects from M&A industry in Sweden (corporate finance advisers, investment bankers, PE/VC investment directors, legal advisers) through, but not limited to, LinkedIn messages, email, direct calls, leveraging personal networks
  • Looking for new ideas of contacting customers
  • Following up on marketing-generated leads from outside Poland
  • Demonstrating the value of our product to potential clients (during chats, calls, e-meetings)
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients
  • Brand Advocacy on LinkedIn
  • Promoting FORDATA products on communities like LinkedIn Groups etc (with Marketing Department), industry conferences (after pandemic)
  • In the future: Preparing proposal and sales presentations, negotiations, closing sales

 

What we expect:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B New Business, preferably for SaaS solutions or finance industry
  • Fluency in English (you will be responsible for contacting English speaking customers only)
  • Higher education, preferably in economy or finance
  • ‘Happy looser’ personality
  • Hunter rather than Farmer set of skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Persistence in striving for goals
  • A great attitude and strong desire for success
  • Independence in action
  • Pro-active and can-do attitude
  • Thinking outside the box, openness to new ideas
  • Impeccable manners

 

Nice to haves:

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Basic knowledge about capital transactions (M&A’s) or capital market
  • CRM experience
