Supervising all activities related to customer audits ( performing internal audits based on customer requirements; managing all corrective actions after audits),
Managing customer claims,
Managing Customer Special Requirements and training the employees,
Reporting PPAP package to customer,
Managing internal audits (PQC - creating the check sheet and standards, training inspectors, controlling results),
Managing outgoing inspection (OQC - creating the check sheet and standards, training inspectors, controlling results)
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the quality department in Automotive branch,
Higher technical education: Quality Management
Strong knowledge of SMT process,
Ability to use the mechanical drawings,
Knowledge of quality management tool: FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan, 5WHY, QRQC,
Deep understanding of IATF,
