We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Automation Test Engineer
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for requirements, traceability, designing and executing complex test strategies and test plans for Products/Services
Working with Ops and Dev Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) and any design related issues are identified during testing, and addressed in a timely manner prior to implementation
Responsible to support in identification, root cause analysis and eradication of problems and incidents associated with the Technology service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team
Responsible for Automation requirements gathering and analysis
Provide specialized expertise in test automation using commercially available functional test tools
Responsible to plan, design, develop, maintain and execute complex automated tests scripts
Design and implement testing framework, building function libraries, and object repositories
Analyze test results and defect reporting
Assist in utilizing efficient and effective processes, standards and test metrics in order to continuously improve the test automation service
Requirements:
Experience on automated testing frameworks
Knowledge on API-led connectivity
Knowledge on micro service architecture
Knowledge on cloud development
Knowledge on JMeter & DevTest
Knowledge on Selenium & TOSCA
Very good analytical skills
Very good command of English
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Ability to work with team members in different time zones
A high level of motivation, quick to learn
Ability to work with minimal supervision
