We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Automation Test Analyst
Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Testing within Scrum methodology
Helping the team to identify automation test approach and framework to implement.
Work with the team and independently to identify test data needs for UI and automation tests.
Coordinate with individuals in external teams efficiently to create and maintain test data across multiple automation test suites for various environments.
Proactively identify automation test prerequisites for stories and highlight any automation risks or limitations.
Must be able to run SQL queries with medium complexity.
Have strong understanding and experience within Agile way of testing. Must be able to work and self-organize within an Agile framework.
Should be able to understand the approach and test at all tire levels ( Application testing, DB level testing, Web Services testing)
Work closely with developers, understand stories, and participate in peer testing with developers.
Must have good knowledge of Jira and RTC tools.
Continuing learning regarding Agile and divulging information team members regarding process.
Execute automation test scenarios aligned with Acceptance criteria and work seamlessly within the team. Must be willing to take up manual test effort when required.
Report test results to Team lead in a clear, concise and timely manner.
Must have very good communication skills and web based testing experience.
Attend and contribute in sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
Report defects. Participate in analysis, triage and retesting of defects.
Requirements:
Degree in business administration, finance or business informatics is well seen
Degree or similar educated
3+ years’ experience as Automation Test Analyst within Financial Services
Proven experience in an IT testing, writing test scripts, test approach, test execution, reporting, and defect analysis. Experienced in delivering regulatory projects. FATCA, CRS or Customer Screening background preferred
5+ Years of IT testing
3+ Years working with Selenium, Junit – Mandatory
Good experience working with Jenkins and Git commands.
Good experience working with Jira and RTC
Test execution and reporting experience
Team working and networking skills
Strong English communication skills
Proven experience in working with agile methods (Scrum /Kanban)
BDD development or implementation
Experience in BDD and TDD.
