- introducing highly automated processes
- identification and confirmation of the business case for process automation
- cooperation with process experts in the field of process improvement
- automation troubleshooting to improve process safety and efficiency
- preparation of technical documentation related to the implementation and validation of new automated processes
- suggesting/choosing the right automated equipment to carry out the processes
- building and maintaining automatics standards in the company
- cooperation with other departments and factories of the group
- work as part of the team responsible for the preparation and execution of Capex at the company level
- participation in the acceptance of production equipment in the field of automation
- higher technical education in the field of automation, electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or food industry on a similar position
- experience in project management as a team leader as well as a team member
- experience working in a highly regulated cleanroom environment
- knowledge: Allen-Bradley / Siemens / Omron controllers; vision control systems (Datalogic, Cognex, Omron), ERP systems - e.g. PAS-X; robotic systems (Epson, Kuka, Mitsubishi),
- experience with product serialization/tracking systems will be appreciated
- high communication skills
- ability to work under time pressure

- very good operational and organizational skills
