Development of desktop automations, using mainly VBA, to streamline the operational processes of GBS HR Ops Europe and LATAM
Maintain the desktop automation pipeline
Support the operational teams to identify new automation opportunities
Support with the maintenance of SQL data basis and server administration
Qualifications:
Excellent MS Office and VBA skills, other programming skills are an advantage
Very good knowledge of SQL and server administration, MS SQL server knowledge represents an advantage
Excellent analytical approach to analyzing data and problem solving
High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused, and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Very good ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements
Very good planning & organizational skills
Fluent in English
