Automation and Instrumentation Manager - China
Job description:
• Automation and instrumentation performance , reliability and system development
• Fulfilling of all contractual obligations for maintenance contract in the area of automation such as process performance, technical availability, maintenance costs and production tons
• MMO concept implementation as part of the team
• Support the Maintenance development and reliability in cooperation with respective managers and specialists
• Managing maintenance in responsibility area including work planning, supervision and corrective and preventive maintenance
• Management and support for mill DCS, QCS, MCS and Instrumentation specialist
• Implement maintenance strategies, targets and other issues defined by maintenance management
• Continuous systems and competence development
• Supporting production and maintenance activities to reach
• KPI follow up in responsibility area
• Finding of root causes and problem solving
• Analyzing data from automation systems
• Responsible for open communication and information sharing within own responsible area, teams and customer
• Competence and efficiency development of the personnel in the area
• Good spirit and motivation of the team
Requirements:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in process industry
• 5+ years of experience in Maintenance in managerial role in Automation/Instrumentation
• Theoretical knowledge of new maintenance methods
• Familiar with different maintenance strategies and development methods
• Technical English
