Associate - Recruiting (fixed-term contract till 31.12.2020)

Location: Warsaw

As part of Warsaw HR team, the Recruiting Associate is responsible for managing the recruiting efforts for the site in alignment with the global talent acquisition strategy and processes, partnering with existing third-party partners, ensuring positive experiences across stakelholders, accelerating through-put, and attiaing staffing plans. The position holds accountability for full life-cycle recruiting for a range of positions and levels across the Corporate functions, including core Shared Service Center roles and hosted COE roles. The role will provide consultation and recommendations based on knowledge of the business, market for talent and leading practice recruiting strategies, as well as ensure effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Process Expertise and Business Partnership

  • Partner with site/department leaders, hiring managers, Talent Management CoE team, and Recruiting Agency partners to proactively determine talent acquisition priorities and develop a plan that will effectively address both short term and long-term needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and refine job descriptions, position profiles and the sourcing strategy
  • Work with compay's site leadership to manage project initiatives such as employment branding, process improvements, partnerships with third party staffing firms, etc
  • Actively mange existing relationships with third-party recuiritng partners to optimize the candidate and supervisor experience while expediting the staffing plan attainment
  • Ensure local leadership is screening, assessments and interviews using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies with a strong focus on the candidate experience.
  • Communicate/position the company as an employer of choice with candidates and ensure the same across recruiting partners
  • Provide oversight and management for Talent Acquisition Operations resources in the areas posting, initial screens, candidate management and pre-jire activites
  • Leverage and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (workday) is updated in real time (candidate notes, etc.) with a focus on data integrity, accuracy and adherence to process standards
  • Establish priorities and manage deadlines, all while exercising a high degree of professionalism and judgement
  • Mange the Internal referral program
  • Provide support to the current HR team during high-volume onboarding waves (support could include, but is not limited to: offer letters, HR contract management, HR administrative processes, contact with insurance and medical services providers)

Process Governance

  • Ensure the defined recruiting processes and procedures are executed with respect to req creation and approval, editing job descriptions, posting requirements, offer management and approvals
  • Track and maintain screening/selection activities in accordance with audit standards

Controls

  • Ensure all company, country, local and other applicable laws or SOX requirements are met with respect to screening, selection and hiring
  • Support internal and external auditors and own coordination of action plans where audit procedures identify areas of potential risk or control weakness

 

Requirements: 

           Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field
  • At least 5 years of expereince recruiting and sourcing for a broad range of position levels/functions
  • Experience in a shared service center environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Onboarding activities
  • Experience working with a third-party staffing providers
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
