We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Associate Project Manager
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Associate Project Managers assist the Programme Managers / Project Managers to organize and lead projects from inception to closure;
They typically support the delivery of single small change projects (one country) or can be responsible for leading a workstream of a bigger project / programme;
They are responsible for following Project Management framework, using standard project management tools such as Clarity and working closely with the Global Portfolio Management Office (GPfMO)
Requirements:
Experience in project / programme management;
Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry;
Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure;
Fluent English;
Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference;
Excellent problem solving ability;
Strong organisational skills;
Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance;
Knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tools;
Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) are an advantage
