Reporting to the Test Lead and working in very close association with the Business Analyst & Veeva, this role will be engaged in test activities covering test preparation and administration, test execution, defect reporting and re-test to ensure delivery of a high quality application to the business. Test coverage includes the application, security, data migration & country SME (subject matter expert) support during User Acceptance Testing. This is an AGILE project & you will be engaged in the standups & regular sprint reviews (demos) to reach a full understanding of the application & the users needs.Responsibilities
The successful candidate will learn the skills to execute against an application test strategy, assisting in the preparation and execution of test plans, test scripts / cases / scenarios, test data etc.Requirements
- Prior application testing experience preferred but not required;- IT education and interest;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to self manage, identify required actions & follow up;
- AGILE knowledge an advantage;
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) useful.
Other information
- This is a 3-4 month assignment with opportunity for extension to other initiatives;- University education is not required though some IT education is required.
