For one of our Clients, a growing Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of ASSOCIATE in FINANCE (Junior).
ASSOCIATE in FINANCE (Junior)will be responsible for processing payment cycles and manual payments in the bank platform, posting bank statement transactions via AR, AP and GL modules, administering of various Finance systems, timely and accurate invoice verification and processing, active participation in month-end-closing activities and reporting, supporting the team in internal and external payable related inquiries, cooperating with other departments and Local Finance Teams to resolve payment queries, as well as maintaining procedures and documentation in an orderly manner.
We are looking for customer and detail oriented candidates, with good analytical skills, who have an Academic Degree in Financeor related area. Previous professional experience, gained e.g. during internships is not mandatory, but will be considered an asset, especially if gained in dynamic SSC environment. Very good Englishskills (min. B2) are required, as well as working knowledge of MS OfficeSuit (especially Excel).
