As a Data Engineer, you will be working with our Business Intelligence Team to maintain and develop the data warehouse. You will be responsible to build scripts, tools, infrastructure, frameworks, and services to ensure the data warehouse captures data in a comprehensive and timely manner and that ongoing improvement, enhancements and changes to the product are reflected in the data warehouse. You will also work with our Business Analysts to add meta-data layers to improve and enhance reporting and analytics practices.

Associate Front Line Analyst

Description

You’ll be working as a motivated individual who can become a part of a progressive, growing company fuelled by intelligent, driven and committed employees. You are an individual who can offer an excellent of service to our customers and be the first point of contact for escalations.

 

You will responsible for

  • Support Pitney Bowes software products
  • Triage issues raised by customers
  • Troubleshoot reported problems
  • Cooperate with backline support team
  • Communicate daily in English (email, phone, teleconference)

 

Our Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills allowing free communication by writing and speech
  • Interest in new technologies
  • The ability to solve problems with analytical thinking
  • Experience working with customers (especially in a Tech Support environment)
  • Work in rotation of 2 shifts: 6am - 2pm and 11am - 7pm
