THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flevoland Netherlands.
This company is specialised in the import and export of biological fruit and vegetables. Their clients are wholesale's and supermarkets in Europe and Canada. They are looking for an ‘Assistant Quality Assurance Manager’ for a period of 3 months.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be ensuring that the supplier documents will qualify the internal requirements. At the same time you will coordinate external audits, carry out internal audits and subsequently purpose improvement measures. Furthermore you will ensure the use of the right Quality and Food Safety procedures and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibility is to maintain the company’s high level of certification. Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out the monitoring plan
- Keeping up the validity of the certifications.
- Carrying out the residue and micro biological monitoring plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bsc in food technology or a related degree with relevant courses
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance in food products
- Knowledge of Quality norms and standards
- Writing and speaking Dutch, English and German fluently
