Assistant
We are looking for an extremely efficient, energetic and highly professional team assistant to support our client in all of their administrative tasks and who can take charge of running our client fast-growing office.
Client Details
Our client is an international consulting organisation operating worldwide. Due to dynamic growth of the organisation we are looking for a person for a new position of an assistant.
Description
- Assistant to Director / Partner
- Secretarial support and diary management Partners and Directors and for the international consulting team
- Booking complex travel arrangements and handling expenses
- Cover and support the wider office management team, as and when required
- Organising internal and external meetings and events
Profile
- At least three years' experience in an administrative role in an international environment
- Excellent communicator (both oral and written) who can liaise confidently and with maturity
- Ability to use initiative and react proactively with little or no supervision
- Meticulous organiser with high attention to detail
- Professional outlook and willingness to work in fast moving/changing environment
- Reliable with ability to deliver results under pressure
- Dynamic and enthusiastic as well as being a team player
- Strong MS office skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
Job Offer
