For our client, ZALANDO – the Europe’s leading fashion platform , we are currently looking for the Facility Manager’s Assistant to work in company’s logistic centre in Głuchów(Tuszyn) next to Łódź.
Your new role
As a person assisting Facility Manager, your main tasks would be:
- Support of the Facility Manager in correspondence and organisation
- Coordination, commissioning and supervision of cleaning service providers
- Maintenance of asset master data in the maintenance planning system
- Participation in obtaining offers, material and spare parts
- German-Polish translation of documents
What you'll need to succeed
Basic requirements are:
- Languages: German C1 level , English B2/C1 level
- Previous experience in the assistant role
- Great communication skills
- Technical/facility management knowledge is NOT required (but it would be an asset)
- Good knowledge about MS Office
- High motivation and problem-solving orientation
