Welcome to the Sub Custody DK and FI team. We add value by ensuring daily settlement of securities on Danish and Finnish markets. Our main goal is to help our clients to close buying and selling equities transactions.
As the Assistant Service Operations Officer/Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in taking care of our client’s transactions, reports, phone calls and building relationship with them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Daily settlement of securities on Danish and Finnish market
- Investigating, amending and matching transactions that have not settled automatically, by sending SWIFT with an error message
- Releasing or withdrawing instructions from the market
- Transfering of shares within the market or from Finland / Denmark abroad and vice versa (conversions)
- Client service – we answer a lot of phone calls from our Clients on a daily basis, e-mails, Due Diligence Visits

Your experience and background:
- Advanced English skills (both spoken and written)
- Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Analytical and strong problem-solving and organizational skills
