International Business Development is a self-made team, that over the last few years, has created two international and very profitable brands within the XTB Group. Over the past few years, we have created the X Open Hub brand which offers institutional platform to banks and brokers. This required efforts in sales, marketing, legal, accounting, management, IT, project management, operations and compliance.

Wymagania

Job description:

  • supporting global network of partners in everyday activities in conf-calls and online
  • supporting the process of onboarding of institutional clients by gathering and checking their documentation
  • reporting monthly results of partners to the Head of Business
  • dealing with multiple legal jurisdictions in order to settle new clients
  • finding new solutions to optimize the work of the whole department by introduction of new online and offline tools
  • working closely with the Head of the Business through the design and planning phase of new projects
  • reporting on project’s status
  • building business relationships with clients
  • acting as a liaise between multiple departments as well as different branches within the XTB Group in the efforts of completion of projects and solving any issues that may arise in the process.

Requirements:

  • at least 1 year experience in a company offering any sort of services
  • good command of spoken and written English
  • higher education, preferably in Finance, Management, Commerce or International Business
  • good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel is required
  • ability to work in inter-departmental environment
  • highly effective and quick learner
  • ability to meet projects deadlines under pressure
  • responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
  • readiness to take control and responsibility for unexpected and unusual problems
  • strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • intuition in business topics: sales, marketing , accounting and management are sought after

Additional (would be an advantage)

  • knowledge of FX Markets
  • experience in dealing with retail, VIP and especially corporate clients
