Your new role
This role is about taking ownership of producing financial reporting for the Office Printing Management team accurately and on a timely basis. The main aim is to perform meaningful analysis on business performance, evaluating and identifying trends and common business issues across our European OpCos.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have written and spoken fluency in English as well as advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel – pivot tables, indirect and index match formulas, charts showing more than one type of data. Moreover, we would like you to be experienced in using PowerPoint to present data. You should be self-motivated and able to work independently. Having experience of COGNOS, Hyperion or Oracle as well as producing management information would be a huge advantage. Previous involvement in working with the financial data would be highly beneficial together with the business/economics or finance educational background.

Your new role
This role is about taking ownership of producing financial reporting for the Office Printing Management team accurately and on a timely basis. More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Production of monthly reporting information for the OP team including (but not limited to): Month End Pack, Expenses Analysis, Forecasting Reporting Pack, Weekly Revenue Updates, Unbundled reporting, MDS reporting, Sales Headcount reports (c40%)
- Assist with investigation into variances between actual results and forecast/budget (c20%)
- Preparation of annual budgets for some HO cost centres (c5%)
- Assistance with forecast and budget consolidation and reporting across OP (c10%)
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as requested (c20%)
- Involvement with Group BI projects, including testing of changes (c5%)
