For our Client - international real estate company we are looking for Assistant Facilities Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational facilities management service based on the client site(s) located in Gdańsk. This role will support and assist the Facilities Manager at the strategic management of all facilities management functions to maintain optimum accommodation, environmental and support service standards within corporate FM guidelines and budgetary constraints.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure the overall performance of the contract and required deliverables including:  contract compliance, performance management against KPI’s, cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Strive to exceed Client expectations in all aspects of service delivery
  • Demonstrated performance of budgeting, forecasting and controlling cost to very tight tolerance.
  • Demonstrated ability with successful management of direct reports
  • Manage all service contracts including; cleaning, vending, etc. 
  •  Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.
  • Ensure that conference room &vide conference room bookings are professionally delivered
  • Provide necessary Environmental, Health & Safety Management documentation and training

Skills Requirements:
  • Typically 2-3 years experience of working in facilities management filed
  • Excellent client relationship management skills   
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Numerical and financial acumen skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team structure and positively contribute to team goals and objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills 
  •  PC literacy is essential;
  • Fluency in English and Polish is essential for this role
