Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our Client, international investment found, we're currently seeking for a candidate for the position as:
Asset Manager
You will be responsible for assets active management of properties in relation to comapny strategies and procedures, executing business plan and budget of the properties, preparing regular analysis and budgeting. This is a fuction regarding daily cooperation with Property Managers and Head of Asset Management.
Client requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in property / asset management structures, in international real estate agency / developer - investor / investment fund site
- Practice knowledge of Asset & Portfolio management, business management, property management, operational management
- Depth knowledge in all major market sectors: office, retail, industrial, residential
- Ability to work under time presure, task oriented, strong customer service skills
- Fluent english is a must
