Asset Manager (Industrial)
We are seeking for a talented Asset Manager.
Client Details
Our Client is a global real estate investment fund, which recently entered polish market with a plan to build a significant presence within warehouse / industrial area to become a market leader. Due to dynamic growth we are seeking for an talented Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for all asset management activities within the market.
Description
- Take initiative to prepare portfolio strategy and necessary business plans
- Manage the capital improvement strategies and processes of the allocated portfolio
- Supervise all development activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports of portfolio
- Create and execute Opex and Capex budgets
- Supervise external leasing and property management process
- Monthly review of operating statements
- Control and analysis of all project's agreements (commercial and operational)
- Evaluate the local markets to identify changes and trends and the related impact on real estate values and investment strategies
- Support the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions
- Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, brokers, consultants and attorneys
Profile
- Master's degree within business, finance or real estate
- At least of 5 years of proven experience in asset management area
- Experience of managing a commercial property portfolio (preferably industrial experience)
- Extensive experience in leasing, lease consultancy and the development of a property portfolio
- Specialist knowledge of financial management in relation to managing a property portfolio
- Strong commercial skills including experience of options appraisals and interpretation of financial and commercial information
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
