AUTOMATION (E&C) ENGINEER

Location: Warsaw

• Successfully finalized Engineering study (BA & MA)
• Professional / practical experiences in the area of requirements
• Fluent English – second language as additional asset (especially German)
• Ability to work independently as well as in changing team structures
• Expert knowledge of Engineering software’s, methods, tools and their application: CAD systems (Inventor, Catia, NX ..) , E-Plan, MS Office, PDM, ...

Wymagania

REQUIREMENTS

• Execution of planning projects in the automotive industry (OEM, Suppliers)
• Planning and optimization of assembly processes in various phases
• Elaboration, evaluation, optimization of plants, machines, equipment, processes
• Active influence of the product within the framework of the SE teamwork
• Concept planning, process planning, drafting of specifications and tender documents, supporting of the awarding process, supplier supervision
• Detail planning of production processes, including line balancing, works station planning, time analyzes, virtual assembly, feasibility studies, workplace design,
• Working out of process sheets, implementation of process FMEA’s, Control systems
• Cost planning, cost tracking, cost / budget responsibility
• Coordination of the timely handling of all activities for planning realization
• Supervision of plant installation and commissioning
