For our Client from Katowice, we are looking for AS400, AIX and SAP Basis Administrator.
Your new role
Working for this position, you will be responsible for administration and configuration of AS400, AIX on power hardware, including installation, upgrades, daily administration routine AS400 (on power) PTF installation procedures and working knowledge of Journaling. Moreover, you will be in charge of administration and configuration of MIMIX including setup and maintenance of replication. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring and analyzing daily overall performance of all AS400 partitions / LPARS and their individual performance and stability. Your duties will include administration & configuration of DB2 databases and SAP Basis administration issues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be ideal candidate you need to hold university degree and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with AS400 and AIX administration and configuration. Moreover, we expect candidates to have at least 3 years of experience in work with SAP Basis and Mimix. We are looking for person with strong service attitude, analytical approach, problem solver mentality and very good conflict management skills. Due to work in international environment we require at least good English skills.
