The team produces Artwork for more than 50 countries worldwide in more than 20 languages.
- Ensure adherence of project deadlines
- Forecast distribution both internally and externally
- Prepare, distribute and present artwork metrics (project status, volume, right-first-time, lead times)
- Root cause analysis
- Represent the labelling department
- Keep accurate control of documentation and ensure compliance
- Strong communication and ability to convince and represent the team
- Experience with Adobe Software (Illustrator/ InDesign) and understanding of labelling designing
- Experience with Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- Network builder
- Preferably, experience or affinity with the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments
- Starting date: ASAP (preferable before mid May)

Role Description
The Artwork Coordinator is responsible for representing the team of seven Artwork Designers in front of external clients and interacts internally with the Regulatory, Quality and Marketing department.The team produces Artwork for more than 50 countries worldwide in more than 20 languages.
Responsibilities
- Artwork planning: prepare and assign a feasible planning of artwork projects to designers who create, review and coordinate artworks- Ensure adherence of project deadlines
- Forecast distribution both internally and externally
- Prepare, distribute and present artwork metrics (project status, volume, right-first-time, lead times)
- Root cause analysis
- Represent the labelling department
- Keep accurate control of documentation and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Good Project Management and Planning skills- Strong communication and ability to convince and represent the team
- Experience with Adobe Software (Illustrator/ InDesign) and understanding of labelling designing
- Experience with Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- Network builder
- Preferably, experience or affinity with the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments
Other information
- Type of contract: long term temporary contract (extendable every financial year). Ideally, somebody who stays 2-3 years in the role- Starting date: ASAP (preferable before mid May)
