Our Client has integrated sourcing, purchasing and paying processes on a common Ariba platform linked to SAP commonly known in our Clients company as iBuy. The strategic business objective of the iBuy implementation is to enable cost savings through increased governance and compliance of spend, and an improved user experience. The global cloud-based platform Concur was rolled out to all markets 2015 - 2017 to support the Travel and Expense Process.

Description
- Delivering of end-to-end Service Management such that the service meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Identifying opportunities to drive service improvements, design and implement a Service Strategy that provides quality service to the business.
- Holding all resolving teams within the support model accountable for meeting E2E SLAs and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Identifying, driving and reporting on service improvement opportunities and ideas
- Driving issue resolutions across supplier teams
- Provision of customer and service insight in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders to support decision making, customer communications, vendor management and support continuous service improvement
- Utilisation of E2E reporting MI to identify and drive service improvements
- Understand Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and play an active part in managing the costs of the service
- Managing relationships with all outsourcing parties in the E2E service
Profile
- Experience in Ariba/SAP service management
- Able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and with strong communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive a change agenda to delivery and benefits
- Significant experience in Service delivery and processes in a complex, multinational, corporate environment required
- Experience in managing and developing 3rd party business relationships
- Qualified at a university degree level and have 5 years of experience in the P2P or T&E systems arena.
- A track record of driving simplification & continuous improvement across key business processes
- Thorough understanding of Finance and/or Procurement processes
- The role will require global travelling
- An IT or systems qualification such as ITiL or Six sigma would also be desirable
