Area Sales Manager, Poland (m/f)
The Regional Sale Manager is responsible for Poland within an assigned market segment in which he/she detects projects, makes contacts with companies and offers them specific solution on their request so that the set sales targets can be achieved.

For our client, a global machinery and equipment provider for the food industry, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Poland.
Description
- Create, agree, implement and execute sales strategies that prioritise and maximise the available market opportunities
- Drive significant increases in sales revenue and penetration of existing Food Industry in Poland
- Responsible for the whole sales process from prospection up to the signing of the contract within the assigned market segment and communicates with service in order to ensure an optimal flow of the (new) customer relationship
- Searches for solutions and keeps on going in order to make longer sales projects successful
- Build an international network of agents and perform market research in order to come to a smooth service of the customer potential
- Prepare national and international fairs in order to build customer relationships
- Ensure that the commercial data provided by the company are kept up to date
Profile
- Technical degree or experience in selling large capital equipment
- Passionate about Technology & Sales
- Excited by Innovation
- Experience in selling long project sales cycle
- Strong networker & communicator at all levels
- Down to earth and open, honest communicator
- Analytical thinker, able to implement a structured approach
- Result oriented and eager to learn by listening to market need
- Experience with capital goods and food industry are important plusses
- Good knowledge of English
