Area Sales Manager EU&Middle East

Location: Gliwice

For our Client – global producer and suppliers from energy sector (heating and cooling), due to the fact of intensive development, we are looking for an experienced professionals for the position of Area Sales Manager East&South Europe and Middle East. Position based at company’s premises close to Katowice.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of market plans to ensure revenue growth of company’s products and services
  • The customers’ point of contact from the project identification, through the sales and tendering phases until technical and commercial closing of orders
  • Direct responsibility for the selected export markets
  • Collects information about the market and the future development of District Energy and Industrial applications in selected export markets.
  • Provides technical advice in designing district heating networks, assisted by technical design team and product management
  • Education of clients by holding programs/seminars to promote new and existing products, developing education concept
  • Provides quotations in co-operation with Customer Service and local Company’s representative
  • Handling marketing issues together with Group marketing team
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction
  • Making records of and reporting the sales activities and opportunities in CRM

Requirements:

  • Higher technical and/or commercial degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in the similar job position in industry sector (heating/cooling/energy)
  • Experience in international sales and project execution
  • Sales management experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to frequent business travels (80-120 days a year)
