Area Retail Manager (m/f)
In this position you are taking responsibility for sales budget and KPIs and have a positive influence to drive performance across all shops as well as leading and managing all shop managers.

Review sales results and proactively manage the business so that sales targets are met
- Identify business opportunities and trends to create a trade plan
- Managing the field team (recruitment, personnel planning, training and development, motivation etc.
- Coaching and training of the shop managers
- Executing and controlling of business plans regarding product performance, merchandising and
- customer service
Profile
-
Minimum 2 years of proven track record within a retail environment on a similar position
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to work in a team and to lead a team, excellent management skills and highly customer service oriented. Concrete experience of managing teams with a variety of profiles and backgrounds
- Very good command of the English language
- Excel skills need to be at a high level to allow interpretation of reports
