Area Manager

Redmond Asset Finance AG is the Manager of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Fund that has been investing in Central & Eastern Europe since 2003. Redmond buys existing properties on the secondary market and is also involved in development projects.

Area Manager – real estate investment (part time)

 

Redmond Asset Finance AG wishes to expand its team of Area Managers and is looking for an Area Manager in:

ŁÓDZ (2 days per week)

The Area Manager roles suit persons with part time employment/business/study /family responsibilities.

Description:

Area Managers are involved in the following 4 areas:

- Valuation

- Risk Assessment

- Negotiation

- Project management

About half of the Area Manager’s time is spent looking for opportunities and gathering information about such opportunities through meetings and online research. Most of the rest of the time is spent negotiating purchases with property owners and working on projects.

We prefer but do not require experience. Full training will be provided.

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate will have the following characteristics:

- an entrepreneurial mentality – i.e. someone who understands the relationship between risk and reward (not a ‘salary mentality’)

- determined/resilient – i.e. doesn’t give up easily

- self motivated and able to work without supervision

- strong information gathering & analytical skills

- excellent interpersonal skills

- a professional manner

- a genuine interest in real estate

- very good English OR German

- a solid tertiary education OR real estate experience

- good computer skills including Excel.
