Do You speak Arabic?
We are looking for a person who will join team in Gdansk as As Crew Coordinator.
You will be responsible forensuring that the units are manned with competent offshore personnel at all times; preparing and maintaining the shift planning for the rig and ensure this is correctly reflected in the HR system at all times. Further, the Crew Coordinator will be first point of contact for all employment related matters for offshore employees. Your day-to-day duties will include planning, maintaining and updating shift plan, managing urgent covers, ad-hoc travel bookings, provide ad-hoc support to employees queries.
To be successful in the roleyou need to speak fluent Arabic also You should be eligible to work in Poland. Fluent English is also required. Previous experience in HR area would be an asset.
