For our Client, multinational Shared Service Centre located in Cracow we currently are looking for professional ready to become a Team Leader in AR/Accounts receivable department.
On this position you will be responsible for Manage and lead Cracow AR finance and accounting team and support team members in more difficult issues. The scope of you duties include also responsibility for reviewing and approving monthly accounts reconciliations and analysing difference, control the period end close, being the main point of contact for external and internal audits, performing risk assessment, prepare and execute risk mitigation plan in cooperation with Process Manager.
The ideal Candidate should have university degree (bachelor as a minimum) in accounting/finance and excellent command of English (knowledge of Russian will be an asset). Previous experience in team management, knowledge ofAccounts Receivable and strong leadership skills are essential. Experience with ERP and accounting systems; Oracle, AS400 will be an assent.
